I met Carol years ago when she came into Cowgirl Creamery wanting us to try her crackers. We were so impressed. Not only were the crackers delicious, she had amazing packaging! Formally in the fashion business, her background didn't hurt her new passion and calling to be a baker. In the past 3 years Carol has created a beautiful line of crackers, cookies, and crostini! We are huge fans!
