Started by Dave Gee, who found his way to the high winds of the Colombia River Gorge via New England. His days spent wind surfing on the river exposed him to the great growing area just outside of Portland. Oregon is know for its great berries and Dave knew he had the best right in his new backyard. That is what inspired him to start working with these family farms practicing sustainable agriculture. Huckleberries, Apples, Cherries, Marionberries and all the others we love so much are being made into great preserves, chutneys, and butters. They also sell Honey, BBQ sauce and great gift baskets.
