There is no doubt I am the daughter of Dixie! Just this week mom was driving through Memphis via Savannah, GA. It was 9:30pm at night and Charles Vergo's Rendezvous closes down at 10:30pm. I was on the phone with her giving directions and praying she didn't get lost so that she would be able to eat these world famous ribs! She made it with 30 minutes to SPARE. I waited patiently by the phone wondering if it was "all that"! She was happy to report that it was that and more. I surprised to hear she preferred the spicy sauce and dry rub to our Texas BBQ that we all grew up eating. So this one is Dixie approved!
